SHIPPING
We usually ship within 2-3 business days once an order is recieved. If an
item is out of stock, or there is any delay whatsoever, we will not charge
your account until your order has been shipped. You can always call or email
if you have any questions or concerns.
SHIPPING CHARGE
Shipping charges will always be the same price whether you order many items
or 1 item. The shipping charge will be $7.50 flat rate anywhere in this
country.
RETURN POLICY on COSTUME JEWELRY, HANDBAGS, FINE APPAREL AND ACCESSORIES -
Jacqueline's Boutique will gladly provide a full refund within 7 days of the
shipment date. Items may be returned by UPS or Federal Express in it's
original condition. Your credit card will then be credited, or paypal account refunded, for the price of
the product and any taxes, excluding shipping charges.
ALL GOWNS, PROM DRESSES, AND EVENING DRESSES ARE FINAL SALE.
UNFORTUNATELY WE ARE UNABLE TO ALLOW RETURNS ON ANY OF THESE FORMAL WEAR DRESSES SINCE
THEY ARE ALL SPECIAL ORDERS.
